AMR is an integrated system consists of the communication infrastructure and the head-end system. This enables Automatic communication of data between the Smart Meters and the Head end system. The analytics on data available can be used for billing the customers on the actual usage of the thermal energy and to identify opportunities of energy savings and optimization.

BTU Meters (Thermal Energy Meters) are Smart Meters used to measure the thermal energy consumed. BTU meters are used in chilled / hot water systems for both commercial and Residential buildings. These meters are used to bill users on their actual energy usage.
