• Developing project architecture based on the scope and objectives, ensuring technical feasibility by involving various stakeholders.
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Managing the co-ordination between internal resources and third parties/vendors
• Creating and maintain comprehensive project documentation including managing changes
• Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget by timely checking on resource availability and their allocation
• Developing and monitoring the detailed project plan to track progress and managing changes in project scope, schedule and costs
• Measure project performance, reporting and escalation of critical issues as and when they arise, preferably proactively.
